Our business is registered as an egg packing station (PS UK-2-1278 ). As well as our own eggs, we also grade, pack, label and sell organic free-range and standard free-range eggs bought in from other local producers.
All eggs we sell are Class A and never more than 7 days old when delivered to a retailer/restaurant, often only 1 or 2 days old.
All eggs supplied by us have been produced from hens vaccinated against species of salmonella and are at the very least regularly tested under the National Control Programme for Salmonella in Laying Flocks (external link).
