Our hens are kept to Organic Farmers and Growers standards (external link) which means that we adhere to a very high standard of welfare.

The hens live in mobile houses so that they can be moved on to fresh pasture to prevent build up of disesases/worms and avoid the use of routine wormers/medication.

They are free to range on organic pasture during the hours of daylight and are protected from preditors by a 1.2m high electric fence.

They are fed a top quality, GM free, organic layer pellet ration formulated by Hi Peak Feeds.
